RETURNS

At Scentspired, we take pride in crafting high-quality, inspired fragrances that delight the senses. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for full-size perfume bottles under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

Perfume Minis, samples, discovery sets, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable due to hygiene and testing purposes.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we kindly ask that the complimentary 5 ml sample remains unopened. Returns can be processed only if both the full-size bottle and the sample are unused

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for full-size items that arrive:

Damaged or defective

Incorrect due to a packing error

If you'd like to exchange a product for another fragrance, please note:

The product must be unopened and unused

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery

You will be responsible for return shipping (unless the product was faulty or incorrect)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your return is late or not in original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion based on the condition of the returned item.

We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Scentspired is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy terms

Scentspired fragrances are inspired interpretations. Returns will not be accepted based on expectations of identity with any other fragrance or brand.
