Orders & Shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.
If you need to update your order or shipping address after placing it, please email us at support@scentspired.co.uk as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. Make sure to include your order number and the correct shipping details. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.
Please contact our team with your order number, and we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Exact shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and shipping method.
If you have changed your mind on your order, email us at support@scentspired.co.uk as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. Please ensure to include your order number.
All packages take up to 24 hours to update, as the carrier needs to receive, process the package, and update it in their system.
Although this rarely takes place, occasionally orders will be canceled under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place that protect our customers, and if flags are raised an order cancellation may be necessary. If this occurs, we will email you immediately with an explanation.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at returns@scentspired.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If needed, reach out to your bank as well. If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@scentspired.co.uk . Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on location. For items valued over £35, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

All of our products are carefully packaged, and we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. If this happens, please contact us at returns@scentspired.co.uk and include the following details:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • The quantity of items that arrived damaged
  • Your order number

Once we receive your email with the required information, we will review it and arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible.
